Recently I presented an organization advancement training session at a conference. The audience were supervisors from all throughout Australia. I provided them a 2-minute break and asked to get up and talk amongst themselves. When we resumed I asked the number of of them made a point of conference someone they didn't know. One lonely hand increased in the air. Just one!

Social Media channels are another way to link, test and network. Start with one channel and test it to see if it is an excellent fit. It may take you a month or more but the testing will deserve it.

Database - Take the prospect info out of the shoebox and put the details onto a database. There are many inexpensive contact management software bundles readily available. They will make your prospecting 10 times more efficient and effective.

Don't be like Harry, however. Just able to do the task during Business Development time on Thursday early morning, in our training session the following week Harry said he felt totally out-of-control. and feeling the like prior to we began focusing on strengthening, enhancing & growing his service.

In that time you develop your networks, your self-confidence and subsequently your capability to get to places, that maybe just a year prior to partnerships in business you might not get to.
